Order Confirmation
You will receive an email to confirm your order upon completion. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful please contact us by e-mail storeonlineusa@cinelli-milano.com.

Promotional Codes and Gift Vouchers
If you are using a promotional code please enter it in the promotional code box on the check- out page. The discount will be automatically calculated. Promotional codes are for one time use only and may not be used in separate orders or applied to different products in the case of an exchange.
If you have a gift voucher please enter in the check-out page and it will automatically calculate your discount. Once purchased gift vouchers are non refundable.

Errors and Omissions
In the case of errors, omissions, or out of stock situations on the website, usa.cinelli-milano.com reserves the right to refund your order prior to the goods being dispatched.
usa.cinelli-milano.com reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of usa.cinelli-milano.com products are correct. The colors shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colors may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.

Out of Stock Product and Pre-Orders
It is not possible to place an order for an out of stock product or pre-order new lines. You can however express your interest in an item that is not available by contacting us at storeonlineusa@cinelli-milano.com.
You will then receive an email as soon as the item becomes available in your chosen size and color.

Amending or Cancelling an Order
If you have any concerns about an order you've already placed please contact usa.cinelli-milano.com customer service by email at storeonlineusa@cinelli-milano.com. Please note that once an order has been completed usa.cinelli-milano.com is unable to cancel or amend it. Please take advantage of our free returns policy to return any unwanted items for an exchange or refund.
