The shipping cost for returning a product due to wrong size or request for replacement with another product will be paid by the customer; as soon as we’ll receive it we’ll arrange a return shipment free of charge.
The shipping cost for returning a product that you don’t like is paid by the customer; as soon as we’ll receive it we’ll arrange the refund, provided that the product is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.
The shipping cost for returning due to a damaged or defective product is free of charge; in this case we will arrange the collecting of the product and send instructions to the customer accordingly.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY FOR COMPLETE BICYCLE AND FRAMES
If you wish to return your purchased item, you may do so within 14 business days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in unused, new condition.
